Due to an accident that included a windy day, an unsecured pergola, and a very annoyed and annoying neighbor, I needed my downspout replaced ASAP. I called multiple places but they wouldn’t or couldn’t do the job. Thankfully, Chrissy from Western States said they could help me out and forwarded my info and pics of the damaged downspout on to Dave. Dave was AWESOME! Nice guy, funny, and literally saved the day for me. I would highly recommend!!! The photo (before and after) doesn’t really do the repair job justice.

Our new roof is beautiful! We had a double-tear-off, which was difficult for the team performing the work, But they were very courteous and careful to leave no debris and fixed up the flashing around exterior pipe penetrations expertly. We also appreciated the “heads-up” about trouble spots in the roofing (our home is 50 years old, so there was some deterioration in the plywood).

A few years ago a large hail storm rolled through our town. Our roof was heavily damaged. Western States was repairing a roof down the street. My wife and I went to talk with them, and they were very helpful with assessing the damage, got the insurance company involved, and did a wonderful job coordinating the repair work.
